This is part 1 of 2 main protests that day against the military indefinite detainment of American citizens that was allowed as part of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act.

At noon on February 3rd, protesters will be standing in silence along 11th & Congress holding banners and signs about the NDAA. Folks participating in this are asked to wear funeral attire/black clothing if possible. We may also tape over the mouths of protesters.
